Gift Card Terms & Conditions

1. General.

These Gift Card Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the purchase, use, and redemption of gift cards issued by Oh My Transport LLC, including but not limited to the Williamsburg Brew Bus brand (collectively, “Company,” “we,” or “our”). By purchasing or using a gift card, the holder (“you,” “your,” or “cardholder”) agrees to be bound by these Terms.

2. Issuer.

Gift cards are issued and managed by Oh My Transport LLC, a Virginia limited liability company through our booking partner, Peek.

3. Redemption.

Gift cards are redeemable solely for transportation services and related offerings provided by the Company. Gift cards may not be redeemed for cash except as required by applicable law.

4. No Expiration or Fees.

Gift card balances do not expire. No inactivity, dormancy, or service fees will be charged against the balance of the gift card.

5. Balance.

The balance remaining on a gift card may be obtained by contacting the Company at contact@ohmytransport.com.

6. Non-Transferable.

Gift cards are not reloadable and are not transferable or assignable for value, resale, or promotional purposes without our prior written consent. Unauthorized resale or distribution may result in invalidation.

7. Lost or Stolen Cards.

Treat your gift card like cash. The Company is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged cards, or unauthorized use. Replacement of a gift card is at the sole discretion of the Company and may require proof of purchase.

8. Limitations.

Gift cards may not be used to purchase other gift cards. Gift cards may not be used toward gratuities unless expressly permitted at the time of redemption.

9. Compliance with Law.

These Terms are intended to comply with the Credit Card Accountability Responsibility and Disclosure Act of 2009 (the “CARD Act”) and applicable Virginia law. If any provision of these Terms is deemed invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

10. Governing Law.

These Terms and the use of gift cards shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, without regard to conflict of law principles.

11. Amendments.

The Company reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time in accordance with applicable law. Any material changes will be posted at WilliamsburgBrewBus.com.
