Currently, Williamsburg Brew Bus operates as a chartered service. That means you must book the entire bus. We do not sell individual tickets. 

Yes! The locations we visit have non-alcoholic drinks such as root beer, soda, and juice.

You can book a trip for your entire family as long as everyone is 21 or older. While many of the locations we visit are family friendly, due to the nature of our trips, it is our policy that everyone (drinking or not) is 21+. If you want to book transportation for your family (including those under 21), please book through Oh My Transport.

Our bus seats a maximum of 14 passengers. 

Yes! Many of our brewery partners offer Brew Bus guests special deals! Whether it’s a special flight or discount on take away beer. Ask your driver or when you book your trip for what offers are available.

We do permit alcohol consumption BUT containers opened on the bus cannot come off the bus. You cannot bring outside alcohol into breweries! Glass containers cannot be opened for your safety. 

Yes, if you would like to bring food on board, you’re more than welcome to. Please don’t make a mess! Food can be brought into breweries.

Due to the nature of our trips, a waiver must be signed. Refusal to sign will result in the inability to participate. Refunds will not be provided. 

You’re able to structure your trip however you want. Typically on 4 hour trips, we can get 3 breweries in. 5 hours can usually get 4, and 6 hours can usually get 5. We have pre-built trips or you can design your own.

The minimum booking time for a trip is 3 hours, the maximum is 10 hours. Keep in mind that drive time to your pickup/drop off location is included in this time. We have pre-built trips for 4, 5, and 6 hours in case you’re not sure where you want to go. 

We can pick you up at your home, office, or any other location of your choice. 

If you need to cancel, please notify us as soon as possible. Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing. Cancellations made more than fourteen (14) calendar days prior to the scheduled trip date will be refunded in full. For cancellations made within fourteen (14) calendar days and more than forty-eight (48) hours prior to the scheduled trip start time, the deposit is non-refundable; any additional payments made will be refunded in full. For cancellations made less than forty-eight (48) hours prior to the scheduled trip start time, the Company reserves the right to retain all payments in full. Alternatively, instead of cancellation, we are happy to issue a credit valid for 12 months from the original trip date or reschedule you for another date, up to 12 months out from the original trip date.
